About Us
We’re building a family-run studio to help local businesses become easier to find.
Rod Bros & Co. is run by Joshua and Caleb Rodriguez, two brothers with roots in the Capital Region and Southern Vermont. Joshua brings years of experience in design, websites, branding, writing, and client service, while Caleb brings a strong background in coding, development, and local support from Bennington. We started this to serve small businesses well, build something steady for our family, and help local owners become easier to find and easier to trust.

Joshua Rodriguez
Joshua has spent over a decade working across design, websites, branding, writing, and client communication. Before starting Rod Bros & Co., he worked as a graphic designer for a small college in North Carolina for 6 years, completing thousands of creative projects across print, digital, web, and marketing.
He also has extensive experience as a freelancer creating projects for clients who needed websites, design, branding, and practical help in presenting themselves clearly. His role at Rod Bros & Co. focuses on website strategy, design, copy, client communication, and making sure each site feels clear, professional, and true to the business behind it.
Caleb Rodriguez
Caleb brings a strong technical background to Rod Bros & Co., with experience in coding, development, client support, and freelance work. He completed an intensive coding bootcamp, gained professional experience through a major internship in New York City, and now helps support the company’s growing presence in Bennington and Southern Vermont.
His role includes development support, website updates, client communication, local visits, photography, and helping make sure customers are taken care of after the site goes live.
